<h1><span style="font-size: 18pt;">The Role</span></h1>
<p>This is a highly commercial, analytically driven role for someone eager to make a tangible impact. As a Growth Operations Associate, your core objective is to increase active user counts across our offerings, helping clients extract maximum value from AlphaSights.</p>
<p>You’ll do this through a blend of data analysis, process improvement, and initiative execution - identifying opportunities to activate or re-engage users, rolling out new practices with client service teams, and launching targeted user engagement programs. You’ll own growth operations for a regional business unit and work closely with its client service leadership. While your primary stakeholders sit in our Client Service organization, you are embedded in our Technology & Strategy function and collaborate extensively with product marketing, product management, and analytics.</p>

<h1><span style="font-size: 18pt;">What You’ll Do</span></h1>
<ul>
<li><strong>Design & Execute Growth Initiatives:</strong> Develop and launch targeted engagement strategies across the user lifecycle - including prospecting, onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion.</li>
<li><strong>Analyze User Data</strong>: Use data to uncover growth opportunities, refine engagement strategies, and develop personas for targeted engagement.</li>
<li><strong>Improve Engagement Processes:</strong> Identify inefficiencies in existing user engagement practices and implement best practices for your client segment.</li>
<li><strong>Report on Performance:</strong> Deliver clear, actionable reporting to measure initiative effectiveness, inform strategy pivots, and demonstrate ROI.</li>
<li><strong>Prospect High-Value Users:</strong> Identify and activate key users within prospective accounts, ensuring strong uptake of our offerings.</li>
<li><strong>Engage Senior Stakeholders:</strong> Influence VP+ stakeholders through clear communication, relationship management, and data-backed insights that drive strategic decisions.</li>

<p><strong>Technical skills:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word</li>
<li>Proficiency in SQL is a plus, but not required – it will be used in your day-to-day work</li>

<li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">17 vacation days, in addition to 10 public holidays, and business closure during winter holiday week</li>
