As a Growth Operations Associate, your core objective is to increase active user counts across our offerings, helping clients extract maximum value from AlphaSights.</p> <p>You’ll do this through a blend of data analysis, process improvement, and initiative execution - identifying opportunities to activate or re-engage users, rolling out new practices with client service teams, and launching targeted user engagement programs. You’ll own growth operations for a regional business unit and work closely with its client service leadership. While your primary stakeholders sit in our Client Service organization, you are embedded in our Technology &amp; Strategy function and collaborate extensively with product marketing, product management, and analytics.</p> <p>You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy fast-paced, ambiguous environments where grit, creativity, and a bias for action are key to success.</p> <h1><span style="font-size: 18pt;">What You’ll Do</span></h1> <ul> <li><strong>Design &amp; Execute Growth Initiatives:</strong> Develop and launch targeted engagement strategies across the user lifecycle&nbsp;- including prospecting, onboarding, activation, retention, and expansion.</li> <li><strong>Analyze User Data</strong>: Use data to uncover growth opportunities, refine engagement strategies, and develop personas for targeted engagement.</li> <li><strong>Improve Engagement Processes:</strong> Identify inefficiencies in existing user engagement practices and implement best practices for your client segment.</li> <li><strong>Report on Performance:</strong> Deliver clear, actionable reporting to measure initiative effectiveness, inform strategy pivots, and demonstrate ROI.</li> <li><strong>Prospect High-Value Users:</strong> Identify and activate key users within prospective accounts, ensuring strong uptake of our offerings.</li> <li><strong>Engage Senior Stakeholders:</strong> Influence VP+ stakeholders through clear communication, relationship management, and data-backed insights that drive strategic decisions.</li> </ul> <h1><span style="font-size: 18pt;">Who You Are</span></h1> <ul> <li><strong>High-Achieving</strong>: You have a track record of academic or internship success and demonstrate strong potential for growth.</li> <li><strong>Analytical &amp; Technical:</strong> You are comfortable working with data and using it to solve complex problems.</li> <li><strong>Clear Communicator:</strong> You know how to craft sharp, persuasive messages - whether you're writing user outreach or influencing internal stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Action-Oriented:</strong> You don’t wait to be told what to do.
