We're looking for a creative and analytical Growth Specialist who is eager to make a difference in the dynamic world of mobile gaming marketing.

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinking ability with a passion for mobile gaming industry
• Eager to work in a fast-paced environment

• Optimize user acquisition campaigns of our products to ensure efficient use of marketing budget.
• Developing and implementing monetization strategies for our mobile games.
• Following up-to-date trends and creating a mindset to develop marketing creative schemes.
• Working closely with the creative team to help them produce new key creatives and monitoring the test results.
• Provide insightful analysis of our UA spend and its results.
• Manage the relations with ad network partners such as Google and Facebook to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B testing and implement new approaches based on the results.
