<p>You will drive Bolt’s ambition to significantly grow automated incentives management, reducing manual load on Growth Analysts and improving spend precision at scale. You’ll partner closely with Product Incentives, Engineering, and Data Science to close automation gaps, build AI-powered workflows, and make sure new solutions actually get adopted across markets.</p>

<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"><point>Own rollout and adoption of automated tooling, training, documentation, and ongoing support for Growth Analysts</span>.<span style="font-weight: 400;"></point></span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"><point>Build and maintain AI and automation workflows, including LLM-powered diagnostics and reporting pipelines</span>.<span style="font-weight: 400;"></point></span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"><point>Run office hours and demos to drive adoption across the Growth Analyst community</span>.<span style="font-weight: 400;"></point></span></li>

<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"><point></span>Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics or similar<span style="font-weight: 400;"></point></span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"><point>3+ years of experience in an analytical or strategy role working with large volumes of data</span></point> </li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"><point>Strong SQL and Python skills and experience with large-scale data platforms (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake)</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"></point></span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"><point>Hands-on experience building automation workflows, orchestration tools, scripting pipelines, or similar</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"></point></span></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"><point>Solid grasp of statistics and A/B testing</span></point></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"><point>Ability to frame ambiguous business problems, structure arguments from data, and challenge assumptions, even when they contradict stakeholder expectations</span></point></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"><point>Strong communicator who can align technical and non-technical stakeholders</span></point></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"><point>Fluent in English</span></point></li>
<li><span style="font-weight: 400;"><point></span>Experience with LLMs or applied AI workflows and a background in incentives, pricing, or BI tooling (Looker, Tableau) are a strong plus.<span style="font-weight: 400;"></point></span></li>
