<h2><strong>Job Description</strong></h2>
<p><strong>This is a remote role.</strong></p>
<p>The role of Global Service Associate (‘GSA’)<u> </u>forms the backbone of the HSP Group Customer service delivery experience. Acting as the primary contact point for our customers, the Global Service Associate will coordinate the delivery of Business as Usual (‘BAU’) services. </p>
<p>To be successful within this role, the Global Service Associate will need to be knowledgeable with both tax and accounting and should have been involved in managing customer relationships. </p>
<h4><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"><strong> </strong></span></h4>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of accounting and tax services.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Maintain accurate records of client information and ensure all documentation is up to date and complete.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Monitor and manage accounting and tax compliance requirements for clients, including tax and statutory filings.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Provide guidance to clients on accounting and tax best practices.</span></li>
<li>Support the development and implementation of new services and processes to improve client</li>
<li>Ensuring that customers are set up in BAU related systems and all internal trackers are kept up to date.</li>
<li>Update and Maintain BAU related systems ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data. Systems include, but are not limited to, FreshDesk, Salesforce, SharePoint, Monday, Microsoft Teams, and any other related software systems.<span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Create service tickets and review data provided by customers and/or LSPs.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Monitor calendars and ensure that customers and LSPs meet all deadlines. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Develop and maintain excellent relationships with both LSPs and customers.</span></li>
<li>Respond to customer ad hoc queries, ensure appropriate teams are involved in the event of either escalations or opportunities for service add-ons.</li>
<li>Monitor the status of assigned tasks and tickets, providing regular updates where required.</li>
<li>Adhere to SLAs in terms of responsiveness and quality where applicable.</li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Build and maintain region and/or service line specific knowledge base.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Provide excellent customer-centric service.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Manage and give input on team processes and other business improvement initiatives.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none"> Additional duties as assigned.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"><strong> </strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li>5 <span data-contrast="auto">years minimum experience with accounting and tax in a customer facing service delivery capacity.</span></li>
<li>3 years minimum experience managing customer accounting deadlines.<span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Certified Public Accountant (CPA) a plus.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Experience with IFRS and US GAAP.</span></li>
<li>Experience with market accounting systems such as Xero, SAGE Intacct, QuickBooks, or others.</li>
<li>General understanding of the differences and complexities of providing Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Management Reporting, Consolidation services, and the like across multiple jurisdictions.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Strong customer facing skills.</li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Project management and/or onboarding experience.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Microsoft suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.</span></li>
<li>Dependable, consistent performer with a positive attitude and an ability to listen and work collaboratively across an organization.</li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Self-motivated, detail orientated and driven with the ability to meet deadlines.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Ability to communicate effectively with senior personnel, both internal and customer.</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Ability to adapt to an evolving environment.</span></li>
<li>Works well with a team environment and be a proactive contributor to the overall success of the team.</li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto"> Ability to manage multiple business relationships effectively and harmoniously.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
