Apply today and become a key player in our security mission!</strong></p> <hr> <p><strong><u>Job Duties:</u></strong></p> <p><strong><u>Team Leadership &amp; Supervision:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Supervise GSOC Officers</strong> – Manage, train, and provide guidance to GSOC personnel to ensure efficient operations.</li> <li><strong>Schedule &amp; Assign Tasks</strong> – Oversee shift scheduling, workload distribution, and task assignments to maintain 24/7 security coverage.</li> <li><strong>Quality Control</strong> – Ensure all reports, logs, and security responses meet organizational standards.</li> <li><strong>Communication &amp; Coordination</strong> – Serve as a key point of contact between the GSOC, internal departments, law enforcement, emergency responders, and contract security management/security management.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Technology &amp; Process Improvement:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>System Maintenance &amp; Upgrades</strong> – Work with IT teams to maintain and enhance security technologies, including video surveillance, access control, and monitoring tools.
