You will operate with an <strong>engineering mindset</strong>, treating our GTM systems as a product—designing scalable workflows, building AI-powered automations, and turning messy processes into structured, high-leverage systems.</p> <p data-start="372" data-end="585">You will own the intersection of <strong>data, automation, and AI across our GTM stack</strong>, helping Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success move faster, smarter, and with greater precision.</p> <hr> <h2 data-start="1055" data-end="1075">What You’ll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Architect and manage data flows, integrations, APIs, and webhooks to ensure clean, reliable, and actionable data across systems. Our stack includes Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, Outreach, Clay, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, BigQuery, Zapier, and Clari Copilot.</li> <li>Consolidate contacts, interaction history, and engagement signals from multiple sources into a single, enriched, trustworthy data foundation. Build the orchestration layer that keeps data flowing between tools and powers every workflow downstream.</li> <li>Build and evolve our&nbsp;<strong>prospecting architecture</strong> using tools like Clay, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce to identify high-intent accounts and contacts</li> <li>Develop new&nbsp;<strong>signal-based workflows</strong> (intent, enrichment, behavioral triggers) to improve targeting and timing</li> <li>Design and automate outbound and inbound campaign workflows aligned to ICP, personas, and messaging strategy</li> <li>Identify high-impact AI use cases and deploy&nbsp;<strong>AI agents, copilots, and workflows</strong> across GTM teams</li> <li>Build automations that reduce manual work (e.g., lead routing, enrichment, account research, sequencing triggers)</li> <li>Maximize native AI capabilities across existing tools and evaluate new tools to enhance the stack</li> <li>Act as a bridge between technical systems and GTM teams</li> <li>Train Sales, Marketing, and CS on new workflows, tools, and AI capabilities</li> <li>Build internal champions and drive adoption of new systems and processes</li> </ul> <hr> <h2 data-start="2382" data-end="2410">What We’re Looking For</h2> <ul> <li>4–6+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Systems, or similar technical GTM roles in B2B SaaS</li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>sales, marketing, and customer lifecycle processes</strong> and how systems support revenue outcomes</li> <li>Deep experience with CRM and GTM tools listed in our stack above. We want to leverage Clay better as our GTM orchestration and enrichment layer.&nbsp;</li> <li>You'll build enrichment pipelines, help define our ICP in data terms, and map every signal that matters.
