The Role
What You’ll Do
- Own the GTM talent pipeline: Drive the full-cycle recruiting process for all commercial roles (Sales, Sales Ops, Customer Success, and more)
- Source and close pivotal hires: own the candidate lifecycle from initial screen to offer.
- Represent the Avoca brand to candidates - you will be the first contact for future sales leaders, and are responsible for pitching our culture and vision.

What You Will Bring
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for GTM roles in high-growth startup environments, ideally early stage.
- Proven track record in both sourcing and closing top GTM talent.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience influencing hiring decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
