The problems are genuinely hard, the company is growing fast, and you're early enough to shape both the product and the team.</p></div><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We’re looking for a <strong>GTM Talent Acquisition Lead (US)</strong> to lead and scale our hiring efforts across the U.S.</p> <p>This is a <strong>hands-on leadership role</strong>, combining team management with individual ownership of key hires. You’ll lead a team of recruiters while partnering closely with HRBPs and business leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer-facing technical teams.</p> <p>You’ll play a critical role in building high-performing GTM teams and shaping how we hire as we scale.</p> <p><strong>This role requires a high sense of ownership and urgency — we move fast and expect the same.</strong></p> <p>What You’ll Own</p> <ul> <li>Lead, manage, and develop a team of <strong>GTM Talent Acquisition Partners</strong></li> <li>Own and drive <strong>end-to-end recruiting</strong> across GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Technical GTM roles)</li> <li>Personally lead <strong>key and strategic hires</strong>, especially for senior or high-impact GTM roles</li> <li>Partner closely with <strong>HRBPs and GTM leadership</strong> to define hiring strategy, priorities, and workforce plans</li> <li>Act as a <strong>trusted advisor</strong> to hiring managers — challenging, calibrating, and raising the hiring bar</li> <li>Drive <strong>high-quality, targeted sourcing strategies</strong> (LinkedIn, outbound, referrals)</li> <li>Ensure <strong>high-signal interview processes</strong> and consistent evaluation standards across the team</li> <li>Own and elevate <strong>candidate experience</strong> — fast, transparent, and high-quality</li> <li>Monitor and improve <strong>recruiting metrics and funnel performance</strong></li> <li>Identify gaps and implement <strong>process improvements</strong> to increase speed and quality</li> <li>Support <strong>closing strategies</strong> and help secure top candidates in competitive markets</li> <li>Manage and optimize work with <strong>external agencies</strong> when needed</li> </ul> <p>What We’re Looking For</p> <ul> <li>6+ years of&nbsp;<strong>full-cycle recruiting experience</strong>, including <strong>team leadership</strong></li> <li>Proven experience managing and developing <strong>recruiters in a fast-paced, high-growth environment</strong></li> <li>Strong experience hiring across <strong>GTM roles</strong> (Sales, Marketing, and/or customer-facing technical roles)</li> <li>Experience in a <strong>SaaS / cybersecurity startup environment — strong advantage</strong></li> <li>A <strong>hands-on leader</strong> — comfortable sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates</li> <li>Deep understanding of <strong>what “great” looks like in GTM roles</strong></li> <li>Strong ability to maintain and elevate a <strong>high talent bar</strong></li> <li>Excellent <strong>stakeholder management</strong>, working closely with HRBPs and senior leadership</li> <li>Strong execution skills and ability to manage <strong>multiple priorities simultaneously</strong></li> <li>Data-driven mindset with the ability to <strong>analyze and improve recruiting performance</strong></li> <li>Comfortable operating in a <strong>fast-paced, ambiguous environment</strong></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Equal opportunity</strong></p> <p>Oasis Security is an equal opportunity employer.
