&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</span></p> <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Lead</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist Supervisor in conducting pre-event staff briefings for GR Parking Attendants</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist Supervisor in overseeing a group of Team Members, including coaching them to be successful in their role and supporting them in resolving guest issues</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Help coordinate staff breaks for all Team Members under your supervision</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Work closely with Supervisor, Captain, Parking/Events management, and other stadium staff to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Proactively respond to negative fan behavior to ensure that guests can enjoy the event in a positive and safe environment</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Flexibility in scheduling for parking lot set-up and striking of traffic devices</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Offer insight on ways to improve efficiency of GRPS operation, this may include, but is not limited to: Staff briefings, vehicle entrance setup, staffing numbers for events, etc.</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Act as a positive role model to staff and supervisors during all hours of shift</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Monitor radio during events and offer suggestions to your peers to on how to handle conflicts that may arise</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Parking Command and Lot Operations</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Watch closed circuit videos to determine any intervention from parking team to address roadway, crosswalk and/or parking lot opportunities</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Answer questions related to parking with stadium partners to ensure consistent and updated relevant parking information is conveyed to departments</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Respond to radio and phone calls from Empower Field parking operations</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Utilize a computer to input data and tracking</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Utilize Parkhub technology to communicate parking lot availability to staff</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Partner with other command center partners and collaborate on how to resolve any issue that may arise effecting the fan experience</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Directing Traffic</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Flag and direct vehicle traffic to available parking lots, parking spaces, and out of the parking lots following events</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Assist and navigate pedestrians at crosswalks and intersections</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Golf Cart</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Occasionally drive a golf cart to count empty spaces in the parking lot and/or audit vehicles without proper credentials displayed</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Other duties as assigned</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">At least one (1) full season (April - March) worked in the GR Parking department or previous background in event parking</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Attention to detail; ability to work with accuracy under pressure</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to maintain a positive and respectful attitude</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Familiarity with computers and iPad, and Android technology</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to attend all training days, Denver Broncos Home Football games and all SMC Mandatory events</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to stand or sit for an extended period of time, walking (including stairs) and working outside in various weather conditions</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Be able to work a shift that will range from 8-12 hours</span></li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Additionally, all applicants regardless of position must be 18 years of age or older and successfully pass a criminal background check</span></li> </ul> <p style="text-align: left;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITY</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Previous experience supervising and leading a team of employees</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="white-space: normal;
