Whether you’re seeking entry-level employment or a new opportunity to expand your profession, we offer training to develop the technical and managerial skills necessary to enhance your career</p> <hr> <p><strong>Key duties…</strong></p> <ul> <li>Processes reservations for other outlets such as spa and restaurant, the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents.</li> <li>Assists in answering any member or guest queries via telephone or email.&nbsp;</li> <li>Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout.&nbsp;</li> <li>Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans.&nbsp;</li> <li>Communicates reservation information and all special requests to the front desk.&nbsp;</li> <li>Understands the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows and communicates information to guests.&nbsp;</li> <li>Prepares expected arrival list for front office use.&nbsp;</li> <li>Updates member and guests’ profiles.&nbsp;.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Willing to undertake any reasonable request made by management in any other areas of the house</li> <li>Uphold discretion and professionalism, especially when serving VIPs and PWKs.</li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>What we are looking for...</strong></p> <p>A successful Guest Service Agent for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity</li> <li>Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and maintain calm, through quickly and effectively problem solving under pressure</li> <li>Must be hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful towards colleagues and guests</li> <li>Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule and Club School</li> <li>Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed</li> <li>Ability to take direction, work in a team environment and autonomously</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The salary range for this role if filled within the UK is listed below.
