You treat each guest as a VIP, delivering a highly orchestrated, seamless, and personalized experience that is irresistible and unmistakably JOEY.&nbsp;Our&nbsp;guest&nbsp;service&nbsp;team&nbsp;represents&nbsp;our&nbsp;best &amp;&nbsp;brightest, elevating social awareness and<strong>&nbsp;</strong>professionalism to unmatched levels.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Duties</strong></p> <ul> <li>Greet guests warmly and enthusiastically&nbsp;immediately&nbsp;as they enter the restaurant.</li> <li>Manage party sizes, reservations, and wait lists to handle guest needs, accurately quote wait times, and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;the flow of the restaurant.</li> <li>Escort guests to their table. Engage them in conversation, explain our online menu accessibility, and pass along any pertinent information that may enhance their experience to their server.</li> <li>Answer the telephone in a pleasant manner and respond appropriately to all inquiries.</li> <li>Assist&nbsp;with handling takeout orders. Ensure timeliness, accuracy, organization, and payment.</li> <li>Thank guests for visiting as they&nbsp;depart&nbsp;the restaurant and inquire about their experience.</li> <li>Resolve guest complaints with a sense of urgency, poise, and good judgment.&nbsp;It’s&nbsp;Your Business.</li> <li>Complete any assigned opening, side work, and closing duties to set your team up for success.
