H2 Health Student Experience Program – Important Eligibility Information

At H2 Health, we are proud to partner with colleges and universities across the country to support the next generation of therapy professionals. Our Student Experience Program is built to provide an exceptional, hands-on learning environment where students can grow, develop clinical confidence, and experience our culture and core beliefs firsthand.

Eligibility – Please Read Before Proceeding

The H2 Health Student Experience Program is not an open position and is not open to the general public.

This application link is only for students who have already been approved by their university and confirmed by H2 Health to complete a clinical rotation with us.

✔ If your program director or clinical education team has confirmed your placement with H2 Health, you may proceed with submitting your information.
✘ If you have not received confirmation from your school AND from H2 Health, please do not apply.

We cannot accept applications from students who have not been formally approved for a rotation. This helps us maintain strong university partnerships and protects the accuracy of our student pipeline.

If You Are Not Approved Yet

If your university does not currently have an affiliation agreement with H2 Health, or if you are unsure, please contact our Student Programs Team at: ILoveStudents@h2health.com

Our team will guide your school through the affiliation process and confirm whether a rotation can be arranged.

Requirements

What to Expect During Your Rotation

Students who have been officially placed with H2 Health will take part in a structured, supportive clinical experience designed to help you succeed.

Before and during your rotation, please complete the following:

• Complete all onboarding requirements in the Exxat One platform before your rotation start date.
• Review the Student Experience Handbook to understand expectations, policies, and available resources.
• Complete the full Student Experience Package and upload it to Exxat before your first day.
• Finish the Orientation Checklist on Day 1 and upload it to Exxat.
• Schedule your End-of-Rotation Call during your final week to review your experience and explore future opportunities with us.
