About the role
As part of the opening team at Hard Rock Hotel Malta, the Front Office team is at the core of the guest experience. From first contact to final farewell, this team sets the tone, manages the rhythm of daily operations, and ensures every guest interaction reflects Hard Rock’s standards, energy, and attention to detail.
We are currently recruiting Front Office Team Members (Operational Roles) to support daily hotel operations in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.
This vacancy includes opportunities for the following Front Office roles:
- Concierge
- Club Lounge Agent
- Front Office Agent
- Guest Service Agent
- Night Auditor
- Porter
Role assignment will be based on experience, skills, and operational requirements.
The ideal candidate brings:

- A genuine interest in hospitality and guest service
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer-facing environment (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- A team-oriented and proactive attitude
