Where You’ll Fit 

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Hardscape Laborer to join our growing team. This position will assist in the installation of high-quality outdoor living projects including patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and more under the direct supervision of a Foreman. 

 

What You’ll Build: 

• Assist with installation of paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, seating walls, outdoor kitchens, and other hardscape features 

• Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and material handling 

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and efficiently 

• Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized job site 

• Follow direction from the Foreman, adhere to project plans, and maintain a strong focus on safety and quality workmanship

Your Foundation: 

• Previous construction or landscape experience preferred — but willing to train the right candidate 

• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to take direction as part of a team 

• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors; reliable transportation required 

• Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices a plus
