About the role
We’re looking for a Hardware Broadcast Technician to administer the strength and clarity of the sound and image for online esports streaming.
You will be working closely alongside our Broadcasting Tech team to operate equipment that ensures a flawless online broadcast.
Responsibilities:

Install and operate equipment for esports broadcast, such as audio consoles, media control units, video switchers, light consoles, network switchers, encoding units, production PCs, multiview monitors.

Maintain equipment to ensure proper functionality.

Quickly and effectively troubleshoot problems with signal transmissions.

Conduct functional and operational testing procedures to ensure the quality performance of broadcast products.

Work with other technicians to test and integrate new hardware systems.
Skills & Requirements:
-
Creative problem solver - you can identify real obstacles and find viable solutions.

Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination - you can set up and use hardware equipment for esports broadcasting.

Excellent computer skills.

Good understanding of video games and esports - experience in the field is a definite plus.

High proficiency in verbal and written English.

Flexibility to travel abroad for events and work varying hours, including nights or weekends.
Nice to have’s:
-
Experience working as a Broadcast Technician, or similar role.

Massive plus if you are a former: engineer, streamer, competitive gamer.
-
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
-
Willingness to discover, adapt, and lend a hand.
-
Familiarity with PGL tournaments and events.
