Hardware Engineer Manager (Embedded System)

You will work closely with firmware, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to define system architecture and drive hardware development from concept through production.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities (What he/she will do after joining UI)</strong></div> <ul> <li>Lead hardware architecture and design for embedded systems.</li> <li>Define system specifications, component selection, and PCB design.</li> <li>Collaborate with firmware teams on hardware–software integration.</li> <li>Work with mechanical and manufacturing teams to ensure design quality and manufacturability.</li> <li>Drive board bring-up, debugging, validation, and system integration.</li> <li>Support production ramp and resolve hardware issues when needed.</li> </ul> <div><strong>Requirement (Must-Haves)</strong></div> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.</li> <li>8+ years of experience in hardware development for embedded systems.</li> <li>Strong experience in digital circuit design and system-level hardware architecture.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with schematic design, PCB development, and hardware debugging.</li> <li>Experience working with firmware teams on system integration.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and communication ability.</li> <li>Have the MP experience with Mobile, Tablet or AP products..</li> <li>Familiarity with the Linux and Android OS.</li> <li>Familiarity with the network configuration</li> <li>Aggressive, open-minded and positive attitude</li> </ul> <div><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></div> <ul> <li>Experience leading hardware projects or mentoring engineers.</li> <li>Experience working with high-volume manufacturing environments.</li> </ul>
