Night Shift 6PM - 6AM in Omaha, NE. US Citizens Only Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday. These five traits are the key to achieving our purpose.   HONESTY, RELIABILITY, COLLABORATION, CURIOSITY, PASSION What You Will Do: <ul> <li>Install, configure, and decommission servers, storage systems, and network equipment in data center environments</li> <li>Follow established procedures to complete rack and stack operations, cable management, and hardware labeling</li> <li>Apply troubleshooting techniques to diagnose and resolve hardware failures and performance issues</li> <li>Complete routine hardware maintenance tasks including component replacements</li> <li>Support data center operations by monitoring environmental conditions and responding to alerts</li> <li>Convey technical information clearly with team members, clients, and vendors during hardware-related activities</li> <li>Maintain accurate documentation of hardware inventory, configurations, and maintenance activities</li> <li>Follow safety protocols and data center security procedures at all times</li> </ul>   <span class="NormalTextRun SCXW41283968 BCX8" data-ccp-charstyle="normaltextrun" data-ccp-charstyle-defn="{"ObjectId":"ac0262f4-8a9e-5820-b908-2d943c5f7113|1","ClassId":1073872969,"Properties":[201342446,"1",201342447,"5",201342448,"3",201342449,"1",469777841,"Calibri",469777842,"",469777843,"DengXian",469777844,"Calibri",201341986,"1",469769226,"Calibri,DengXian",268442635,"24",469775450,"normaltextrun",201340122,"1",134233614,"true",469778129,"normaltextrun",335572020,"1",469778324,"Default Paragraph Font"]}">We want all new Associates to succeed in their roles at Ensono. That's why we've outlined the job requirements below. If you do not meet all of the Preferred Qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.   <h2 style="color: !important;">What You Will Need:</h2> <ul> <li>2-4 years of experience working with server hardware, data center operations, or related IT infrastructure roles</li> <li>Understanding of server hardware components (CPUs, memory, storage, power supplies, network interfaces)</li> <li>Knowledge of data center operations including rack installation, cable management, and environmental monitoring</li> <li>Ability to follow established procedures and apply technical knowledge to complete assigned tasks</li> <li>Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols</li> <li>Physical ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs and work in data center environments</li> <li>High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred</li> <li>Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotation as needed</li> </ul>   <h2 style="color: !important;">Bonus Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>CompTIA A+, Server+, or similar hardware certifications</li> <li>Experience with Dell, HP, Cisco, or other enterprise hardware platforms</li> <li>Familiarity with ITIL practices and ticketing systems</li> <li>Basic Linux or Windows server administration knowledge</li> </ul>   Why Ensono? Please note that placement in the range may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to skills, experience, internal equity, and business needs.
