Whether you’re seeking entry-level employment or a new opportunity to expand your profession, we offer training to develop the technical and managerial skills necessary to enhance your career</p> <hr> <p><strong>Key duties…</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead bar operations during service, ensuring the bar is fully set, clean, and always running smoothly.&nbsp;</li> <li>Deliver consistent, high-quality beverage service, including classic cocktails, bespoke creations, fine wines, and premium spirits.&nbsp;</li> <li>Mentor, train, and support bar staff, ensuring high levels of product knowledge and professional service.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work with the Bar Manager to design and implement seasonal drinks menus, specials, and events offerings.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensure compliance with all licensing laws, hygiene regulations, and health &amp; safety standards.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain strong knowledge of products, suppliers, and trends to ensure the drinks offering remains relevant and engaging.&nbsp;</li> <li>Accurately manage stock levels during service, assist with stock takes, and report any shortfalls or wastage.&nbsp;</li> <li>Resolve any guest issues promptly and professionally, ensuring all members and guests feel valued and attended to.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work closely with the floor, kitchen, and events teams to deliver seamless service and coordinated experiences.&nbsp;</li> <li>Uphold the brand and ethos of the club through professional conduct, grooming, and performance.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <hr> <p><strong>What we are looking for...</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 3 years of bar experience, including at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory position.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, and spirits.&nbsp;</li> <li>Experience in luxury, private members club, or high-end hospitality environments.&nbsp;</li> <li>Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.&nbsp;</li> <li>Clear communication skills and confidence under pressure.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong knowledge of licensing laws, hygiene, and health &amp; safety procedures.&nbsp;</li> <li>Personal License or willingness to obtain one (preferred).&nbsp;</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>The salary range for this role if filled within the UK is listed below.
