About the role
What You'll Be Doing:
- Define and scale an affiliate strategy aligned with commercial targets.
- Recruit and nurture new affiliate partners and optimise existing ones.
- Manage budgets, commissions, and incentive plans.
- Collaborate on creative asset development and ensure brand compliance.
- Measure and analyse affiliate performance and report to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, especially in the betting sector.
- Lead affiliate testing and innovation roadmap.
- Support integration of affiliate platforms and tracking solutions.
What You'll Bring:
- Significant experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within media or gaming.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of CPA/CPL/RevShare models.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proven experience leading global affiliate strategies and teams.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using affiliate platforms and tracking tools.
- Understanding of gambling compliance.
