As Head of Agentic AI at VML MAP, WPP's global center of excellence for CRM, loyalty, and personalization,  you will lead the charge in translating agentic AI from experimental technology into scaled, outcome-based transformation for some of the world's most admired brands. This is not a research role or an internal innovation title. You will work directly with CMOs, COOs, and CIOs at enterprise clients, architecting multi-agent systems that redesign how marketing, data, and operations work, with humans in the loop and measurable business outcomes at the center.
