Head of BD (RWA/ Capital Markets)

<p>We are supporting a well-funded, next-generation Layer 1 blockchain project. The platform is purpose-built for the tokenization and on-chain circulation of real-world assets (RWA) and stablecoins, with a strong focus on institutional adoption.</p> <p>The team is building infrastructure that bridges traditional Web2 institutions into Web3, expanding on-chain asset diversity, unlocking new yield opportunities, and enabling broader investor participation. Their mission is to help enterprises overcome operational, regulatory, and knowledge barriers, allowing them to deploy assets on-chain in a secure, compliant, and scalable manner. With deep RWA domain expertise and strong technical execution, the team is developing institutional-grade blockchain infrastructure and a comprehensive decentralized ecosystem designed to support large-scale, real-world asset adoption.</p> <p data-path-to-node="3"><strong data-path-to-node="3" data-index-in-node="0">Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="4,0,0">Oversee the creation of high-impact Web3 products, including event pages, landing pages, and core functional interfaces.</li> <li data-path-to-node="4,1,0">Identify and close high-value integrations across DeFi protocols, RWA issuers, and institutional funds to boost network utility.</li> <li data-path-to-node="4,2,0">Prioritize verticals that bridge the gap between blockchain infrastructure and traditional capital markets to grow TVL.</li> <li data-path-to-node="4,3,0">Own the full partner lifecycle—from initial outreach to post-launch support—ensuring seamless technical and operational onboarding.</li> <li data-path-to-node="4,4,0">Act as the "voice of the partner" internally, translating market trends and technical feedback into actionable product features.</li> </ul> <p data-path-to-node="5"><strong data-path-to-node="5" data-index-in-node="0">Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="6,0,0">Proven experience in business development or ecosystem growth within the blockchain, fintech, or capital markets sectors.</li> <li data-path-to-node="6,0,0">Deep knowledge of at least two areas: Layer 1 or 2 chains, DeFi protocols, RWA tokenization, or institutional asset management.</li> <li data-path-to-node="6,2,0">Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing complex technical integrations and managing high-level stakeholders.</li> <li data-path-to-node="6,3,0">A self-starter capable of designing go-to-market strategies and incentive programs in a fast-paced, global environment.</li> </ul>
