We are currently recruiting for a Head of Commercial and Technical Real Estate on behalf of our portfolio partner GKR London Property Recruitment.

Founded in 2010 GKR represents many of the UK’s most respected property brands. Successfully built around the residential market, GKR has continued to excel throughout the decade and made significant headway in the commercial, construction and general practice sectors. With placements ranging from newly qualified surveyors to Board and CEO level, their team are not afraid to be diverse and work with an ever-growing network of credible and passionate industry professionals. Highly regarded in their industry this well-established recruitment specialist would like to offer the opportunity to a recruitment manager in Commercial & Technical Real Estate. 

THE ROLE 

With such dominance of the residential market which includes 90% of the London property market working with them, GKR started to explore opportunity across the rest of the sector. Two years on and the Commercial & Technical Real Estate desks already look after 50 – 60 active clients.  This is a great opportunity for you to join the team and take the reins of a warm desk; you will be tasked with nurturing current relationships as well as creating new ones, cross–selling across the group, organically creating success as you build a team around you.

As Head of Commercial & Technical Real Estate you will join GKR in their mission to change the perception of property recruitment offering an exceptional level of service and a long term strategy. Commercially minded and a demonstrable exceptional leader, you will have the ability to lead and grow your team of motivated and entrepreneurial consultants, have a proven track record of driving success including high billing and repeat business, in-depth knowledge and a passion for the residential market and the ambition to develop both your team and your leadership capabilities.
