You will focus on building strategic 1:1 relationships with premium and mid-market retailers in categories like fashion, beauty, and accessories, driving the adoption of Glance’s Agentic Commerce platform in the U.S. retail market.     The Role  We’re hiring a Head of Commercial Strategy & GTM to build the end-to-end engine that turns Glance AI’s breakthrough AI commerce experiences into durable, predictable revenue in North America. You will sit at the center of Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, and own the four disciplines that take a new product from concept to scaled revenue: Commercial Strategy & GTM, Product Marketing & Sales Enablement, Launch & Commercialization (PoC → MVP → Launch), and Revenue Operations & Growth—run in close partnership with our India-based RevOps team.  Think of it this way: Strategy defines what we build.
