Head of CRM (Sportsbook, Gambling & Casinos - Poland)

Our client is one of the leading companies in the iGaming / Gaming industry (Gambling & Casinos), providing various sportsbook, casino and eSports services for Central European and Eastern European markets (CEE market), Poland in particular.

As they are rapidly expanding, they are now looking to hire top talented CRM expert to be their new Head of CRM, and to add value to the business with unique and ahead of time ideas, knowledge and practice.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer relationships with existing and new customers through CRM systems
• Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel
• Develop and implement marketing techniques and strategies that will drive new customers
• Manage the Registrations, Retention, Activation, Reactivation, depositing and other CRM strategies
• Top line management of Acquisition strategies
• Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs
• Track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web analytics
• Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers
• Review and select CRM software that meets our company’s needs
• Conduct market research to follow trends and competition

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Head of CRM, Director of CRM, CRM Manager or similar role for an iGaming business or equivalent
• Experience in land based or online gambling business is a must
• Proficiency in Polish language is a must
• Solid background in customer acquisition strategies
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and principles - particularly customer life-cycle touch-points such as email, SMS, push notifications and more
• Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
• Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices
• An ability to manage marketing projects end-to-end
• Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
• BSc in Marketing or relevant field is big plus

Location - ideally Poland (flexible remote).

The position will be flexible for remote work, with:

• Two months onboarding period at the office in order to get a hold of the business, work environments and best practices.
• Occasional Business trips to the office HQ (a few days per month).
