We are looking for a Head of Digital Technology to lead the platforms and teams shaping the future of live sports broadcasting.</p> <p>This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the strategy, delivery, and performance of digital platforms supporting cloud production, media infrastructure, and post-production workflows.</p> <p>You’ll lead three specialist teams — Digital Workflows, Software Engineering, and Event Delivery &amp; Operations — ensuring seamless delivery of Tier 1 global events.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and execute the digital technology strategy</li> <li>Lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams</li> <li>Deliver scalable, secure, and high-availability platforms for live events</li> <li>Drive innovation across cloud production, AI/ML, and remote workflows</li> <li>Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors globally</li> </ul> <p><strong>&nbsp;What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven senior leadership experience in broadcast, media, or digital technology</li> <li>Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and media workflows</li> <li>Track record delivering complex, live, high-availability systems</li> <li>Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments</li> <li>Passion for sport and technology</li> </ul> <p>If you’re ready to shape the future of sports broadcasting, we’d love to hear from you.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>HBS is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
