This is a highly strategic and operational role focused on financial planning, payments infrastructure, unit economics, and scalable financial systems — not traditional accounting management.</p> <p data-start="334" data-end="754">You’ll partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive company-wide financial strategy, improve operational efficiency, and build the financial infrastructure needed to scale a high-growth fintech business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, understands the complexity of payments and money movement, and enjoys turning financial data into strategic decision-making.</p> <p data-start="756" data-end="1038">We’re looking for a finance leader who can operate as both a strategic partner and hands-on builder — someone comfortable diving into payment reconciliations, forecasting growth scenarios, improving financial visibility, and helping shape the operational foundation of the business.</p> <h3 data-section-id="1j5ac4d" data-start="1040" data-end="1058">What You’ll Do</h3> <ul data-start="1060" data-end="2647"> <li data-section-id="5d58to" data-start="1060" data-end="1187">Own Breeze’s financial operations strategy, building scalable processes that support rapid growth and operational efficiency.</li> <li data-section-id="1naztga" data-start="1188" data-end="1317">Lead FP&amp;A across the business, including forecasting, budgeting, scenario modeling, cash flow planning, and headcount planning.</li> <li data-section-id="1wy5sq9" data-start="1318" data-end="1460">Develop financial models and operational dashboards that provide real-time visibility into company performance, margins, and growth drivers.</li> <li data-section-id="1p6toew" data-start="1461" data-end="1596">Partner closely with leadership on strategic planning, capital allocation, pricing strategy, and long-term financial decision-making.</li> <li data-section-id="1xgp28t" data-start="1597" data-end="1739">Build and optimize payment reconciliation workflows across banking partners, payment processors, fiat/crypto flows, and treasury operations.</li> <li data-section-id="hvczpt" data-start="1740" data-end="1871">Analyze transaction flows, payment operations, and revenue streams to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and unit economics.</li> <li data-section-id="1fdhj3o" data-start="1872" data-end="2003">Drive financial insights across product, operations, partnerships, and go-to-market teams to support data-driven decision-making.</li> <li data-section-id="11eaewb" data-start="2004" data-end="2114">Build scalable KPI reporting across revenue, payment volumes, customer performance, and operational metrics.</li> <li data-section-id="18hgzfl" data-start="2115" data-end="2214">Improve financial systems, tooling, and reporting infrastructure to support scale and automation.</li> <li data-section-id="fmmu0t" data-start="2215" data-end="2317">Support board reporting, investor materials, and strategic finance organization.</li> <li data-section-id="fswlkl" data-start="2417" data-end="2545">Partner with external accounting firms and auditors while keeping internal focus on operational finance and business data-section-id="ebiqzw" data-start="2649" data-end="2675">What We’re Looking For</h3> <ul data-start="2677" data-end="3957"> <li data-section-id="10rlw7g" data-start="2677" data-end="2794">10+ years of experience across strategic finance, FP&amp;A, operational finance, or fintech finance leadership roles.</li> <li data-section-id="1avy9r" data-start="2795" data-end="2911">Strong experience operating within high-growth fintech, payments, infrastructure, or transaction-heavy businesses.</li> <li data-section-id="1k52szu" data-start="2912" data-end="3013">Deep understanding of payment operations, reconciliations, money movement, and financial workflows.</li> <li data-section-id="1aei5bt" data-start="3014" data-end="3129">Proven ability to build financial models, forecasting frameworks, and operational reporting systems from scratch.</li> <li data-section-id="uz49tq" data-start="3130" data-end="3244">Experience partnering directly with founders, executive teams, or boards on strategic financial decision-making.</li> <li data-section-id="gf558e" data-start="3245" data-end="3371">Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.</li> <li data-section-id="17g0x6b" data-start="3372" data-end="3462">Experience building scalable financial processes in startup or hypergrowth environments.</li> <li data-section-id="eohp4b" data-start="3463" data-end="3535">Comfortable operating hands-on in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.</li> <li data-section-id="hrrgoc" data-start="3536" data-end="3599">Strong communication and cross-functional partnership skills.</li> <li data-section-id="1lssolx" data-start="3600" data-end="3731">Experience leading finance operations at a startup or being a senior strategic finance leader reporting directly to a CFO or CEO.</li> <li data-section-id="7baieg" data-start="3732" data-end="3836">Experience with crypto, stablecoins, payments infrastructure, or treasury operations is a strong plus.</li> <li data-section-id="efc0fi" data-start="3837" data-end="3957">CPA or traditional accounting background is not required — operational and
