Head of Group Risk Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise risk management framework across the organization.
- Oversee risk governance and compliance to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessment and management activities, focusing on both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Provide strategic risk leadership, particularly for major capital projects and investments.
- Ensure business continuity by leading crisis management planning and coordinating effective response measures.
- Identify and monitor risks specific to the energy sector, with emphasis on upstream and midstream operations.
- Lead and develop a team of risk management professionals, fostering a culture of proactive risk management.
- Monitor and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and track the implementation of risk mitigation plans.
- Prepare executive-level risk reports for presentation to the Board.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive risk training programs to enhance organizational risk awareness and capability.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years professional experience, with at least 8+ years in senior risk management roles.
- Proven track record in risk management within the energy sector, preferably in upstream and midstream operations.
