<h2>The Role</h2>
<p>You will own the GTM motion for HRM end-to-end. Revenue, forecast, pipeline, positioning, field execution, expansion, and the cross-functional engagement it takes to make all of that work at the pace we move.</p>
<p>You will be driving HRM engagement internally and externally, in front of CISOs, working with the sales teams across all segments, globally, every week. </p>
<p>You'll partner directly with the VP of GTM Labs on deal strategy and cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, RevOps, Sales, Sales leadership, and Customer Success, and everything in between.</p>

<h2><strong>What You Will Do</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Drive net new ARR and NDR through current customer expansion, </li>
<li>Assess win rates against the incumbent </li>
<li>Advise the AE and CSM sales motion specific to HRM. </li>
<li>Drive competitive positioning across battle cards, demo narratives, and deal-desk strategy, and close the field-intelligence loop back to Product Marketing.</li>
<li>Build the demand engine that feeds the funnel: cross-sell into the existing Doppel DRP base, partner with Marketing and BDR leadership on outbound campaigns, and own conversion from MQL through closed-won.</li>

<h2><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></h2>
<p>We are looking for a GTM leader who has carried a number at a high-growth cybersecurity or SaaS company and knows what it takes to scale a category-defining product line. The strongest candidates will have sold or led Go-To-Market at a Human Risk Management, Security Awareness Training, phishing simulation, red teaming, or phishing defense company.</p>

<li>5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or GTM</li>
<li>Track record of carrying and hitting a number on a new or category-defining product line.</li>
<li>Comfortable being the face of HRM in front of CISOs every week, and operating cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering at the pace of a high-growth company.</li>
<li>Has an ownership mentality that can operate with high agency and the ability to quickly problem-solve </li>
<li>Excellent communication and can work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, engineering, and product</li>
<li>Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment</li>
