<h4><strong>Team Summary</strong></h4> <p>Our IT Infrastructure Department consists of three core specialised functions: IT Support (end-user technical support), Systems Engineering (server, network, and cloud infrastructure administration), and Information Security (cybersecurity). <br><br>Our mission is to provide strategic leadership and operational management of the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring high levels of reliability, security, availability, and scalability. <br><br>We are building our work around robust IT Service Management (ITSM/ITIL) practices, continuous infrastructure modernisation, and strict compliance with international information security standards. The team acts as a tech foundation that effectively serves both our outsourcing business and the company's internal product ecosystem.</p> <h4><strong>Job Summary</strong></h4> <p>We are looking for a seasoned, strategic Head of IT with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams across IT Support, Infrastructure, and Information Security, and operating effectively in highly ambiguous, fast-paced, and business-critical environments. <br><br>This role offers high strategic impact, with direct influence on the company’s IT strategy, resource allocation, and C-level technology decision-making. It provides full end-to-end ownership of the IT function — from ensuring high-quality day-to-day support to defining and executing long-term cloud and technology roadmaps, as well as a unique opportunity to lead international compliance and certification initiatives (e.g., ISO standards) from setup through audit execution.</p> <h4>Responsibilities and Duties</h4> <ul> <li>Define and execute the company's IT strategy in alignment with business priorities and long-term goals</li> <li>Lead, coach, and develop the IT organization across IT Support, Systems Engineering, and Information Security functions</li> <li>Ensure high reliability, availability, and scalability of corporate IT infrastructure and cloud services</li> <li>Own corporate information security strategy (including risk management, asset protection, and regulatory compliance)</li> <li>Lead international certification initiatives (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 9001), including policy development and end-to-end audit management</li> <li>Manage the IT budget and vendor portfolio, including cost planning, optimization, and contractual negotiations</li> <li>Ensure business continuity by maintaining Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans (BCP/DR) and leading incident response processes</li> <li>Drive key technical initiatives (infrastructure modernization, cloud migration, process automation)</li> <li>Develop and continuously improve ITSM processes, SLA governance, and user satisfaction measurement</li> </ul> <h4>Qualifications and Skills</h4> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in IT, including at least 2 years in a leadership role</li> <li>Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across IT Support, Infrastructure, and Information Security functions</li> <li>Strong background in managing corporate IT infrastructure and cloud platforms</li> <li>Solid understanding of information security practices, including IAM, EDR, SIEM, and vulnerability management</li> <li>Hands-on experience with compliance and risk management frameworks, including ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and ISO 9001</li> <li>At least Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English</li> <li>Strong strategic mindset with a hands-on ownership approach and effective communication skills</li> </ul> <h4>Nice to have</h4> <ul> <li>Experience implementing or migrating enterprise platforms such as ITSM, IAM, or cloud solutions</li> <li>Understanding of DevOps practices and their integration into enterprise IT environments</li> <li>Familiarity with IT governance frameworks such as COBIT or NIST</li> <li>Advanced academic background (Master’s degree or MBA) and/or relevant professional certifications in IT management or information security</li> </ul> <h4>We offer multiple benefits that include</h4> <ul> <li>The environment of equal opportunities, transparent and value-based corporate culture and an individual approach to each team member.</li> <li>Competitive compensation and perks.
