Head of Logistics

As a Head of Logistics, you will:

· Lead, coach, and develop logistics and warehouse teams to achieve operational goals.

· Oversee daily e-com warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and service quality.

· Optimize workforce, equipment, and resource utilization to maximize performance and control costs.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

· Analyze operational data and KPIs to support decision-making and performance improvement.

· Manage departmental budgets, monitor costs, and identify savings opportunities.

· Lead logistics and warehouse projects, including process improvements and technology implementations.

· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives and supply chain performance.

· Represent the logistics function in management meetings and strategic planning discussions.

· Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

· At least 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.

· Minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership or management role.

· Proven experience leading large operational teams within complex logistics environments.

· Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and e-commerce logistics processes.

· Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, resources, and operational performance.

· Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Supply Chain, Logistics, Lean, Six Sigma, or Project Management) are considered an advantage.

· Experience with e-commerce warehouse automation, robotics, or advanced logistics technologies is a plus.

· Background in managing multi-site or regional logistics operations is preferred.
