<p>We are hiring a Head of Marketing Operations to build the operational backbone that enables sustained, disciplined growth toward nine-figure revenue.</p>
<p>This role owns marketing execution infrastructure and is empowered to implement systems, restructure workflows, upgrade talent, and enforce operational standards across marketing with executive backing.</p>
<h1><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>The Mandate</strong></span></h1>
<p>To architect and enforce the system that turns strategy into predictable, measurable output across all marketing channels.</p>
<p>You will:</p>

<li>Align campaign execution with pipeline and signed-case growth</li>

<li>Define role-level KPIs across Creative, Performance, Social, and Traditional</li>
<li>Install dashboard reporting tied to revenue and pipeline impact</li>
<li>Document scalable processes across all major marketing functions</li>
</ul>
<p>Execution Discipline</p>
<ul>
<li>Drive 95%+ on-time campaign launches</li>
<li>Identify bottlenecks before escalation</li>
<li>Enforce clarity in deliverables, timelines, and accountability</li>
<li>Establish corrective protocols when standards are not met</li>
</ul>
<p>Revenue Alignment</p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure marketing execution ties directly to qualified opportunity growth</li>
<li>Translate performance data into operational adjustments</li>
<li>Partner with CMO and intake leadership to close the loop between campaigns and case acquisition</li>

<p>Talent & Standards</p>
<ul>
<li>Directly oversee channel leads</li>
<li>Evaluate capability gaps within the team</li>
<li>Recruit and upgrade talent where needed</li>
<li>Raise output standards across the department</li>

<li>8+ years in marketing operations or integrated marketing leadership</li>
<li>Experience in high-growth environment ($50M+ revenue preferred)</li>
<li>Managed multi-channel teams (8+ contributors)</li>
<li>Built and enforced operational systems at scale</li>
<li>Deep fluency in marketing KPIs across digital and traditional media</li>
<li>Financial literacy: understands pipeline, conversion rates, CAC, and revenue impact</li>
