EveryMatrix is a leading B2B SaaS provider delivering iGaming software, content and services. We provide casino, sports betting, platform and payments, and affiliate management to 300 customers worldwide.
We are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Head of Operations to lead the day-to-day performance of our Live Casino business within PlayMatrix!
This role is responsible for running a tight, efficient, and scalable live casino operation—ensuring 24/7 delivery, optimizing costs, and maximizing studio revenues. You will own operational performance across studios, workforce, and service delivery, turning strategy into disciplined execution.
What You’ll Own:
Studio Efficiency & Cost Optimization
Optimize cost structures across studios, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Closely monitor and improve key metrics such as:
Cost per table / per shift
Staffing ratios
Studio utilization
Identify inefficiencies and implement initiatives to reduce operational costs without impacting quality.
Maximize revenue generation from live casino studios through:
Table performance optimization
Capacity utilization
Market-specific adjustments
Operational Performance & Delivery
Drive operational discipline, consistency, and reliability in game delivery.
Ensure seamless 24/7 live casino operations across all studios and markets.
Lead incident management, escalation handling, and rapid resolution processes.
Maintain clear KPIs, SLAs, and performance tracking across all operational layers.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure full adherence to gaming regulations, licensing requirements, and internal policies.
Partner with Compliance and Legal teams on operational governance.
Maintain strong fraud prevention and risk control practices.
Scalability & Execution
Oversight of new studio launches and High level Technical understanding of what it takes to launch a new studio
Ensure operational readiness and smooth execution of growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
8+ years of experience in operations, with strong exposure to high-volume, 24/7 environments.
Experience in live casino similar real-time operations is crucial.
Proven track record in cost optimization and operational efficiency.
Experience managing large, shift-based teams.
Strong operator mindset: structured, disciplined, and results-driven.
Highly analytical, with a focus on metrics, performance, and continuous improvement.
Ability to balance cost efficiency with quality and revenue outcomes.
Hands-on leader who can dive into operational details when needed.
Strong stakeholder management across Operations, Tech, Product, and Commercial teams.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
