Leading and developing Orchard Managers, the Head of Orchards builds capability, succession, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This role also champions safe, well-run orchards where both people and fruit thrive, while bringing practical, data-driven insight to executive decision-making to ensure orchard realities are reflected in company strategy.</div>
