About the role
- The partner program. You design it from scratch β structure, tiers, incentives, enablement, co-selling motion. There is no existing playbook. You write it.
- Strategic partnerships. You identify, negotiate, and close partnerships with SaaS companies, system integrators, and consulting firms. You know which ones move the needle and you go after them.
- Channel revenue. You're responsible for what comes through the channel β pipeline generated, deals influenced, revenue closed. You own the number.
- The partnerships team. As the channel grows, you hire and develop the people who run it with you. You've done this before and know what good looks like.
- Cross-functional alignment. Partnerships don't work in isolation. You work closely with sales, product, and marketing to make sure every partner relationship has a clear motion behind it.
- 10+ years in partnerships, business development, or alliances at a B2B SaaS company β not just managing existing relationships, but actively opening new ones.
- A track record of signing and scaling partnerships with large organizations. You've closed deals that mattered, not just maintained accounts that were already warm.
- You've built something before. A team, a program, a motion β something that didn't exist until you made it. You can point to it specifically.
- Comfortable operating without a playbook. You're joining early. There's no process to inherit and no handbook to follow. That energizes you rather than slowing you down.
- Based in Barcelona or New York, or open to relocating.
- English at professional working level. Spanish is a plus.
- You've signed partnerships with category-defining SaaS companies β the kind of logos that open doors downstream.
- Early BD hired at a company that went from zero to a functioning partner ecosystem. You know what it took.
- Experience building agency or SI channel programs, not just direct SaaS partnerships.
- Familiarity with AI or emerging GTM infrastructure. You understand what we're building and why it matters to the partners we're going after.
- Someone whose career has been spent managing inherited partner programs rather than building from scratch.
- A profile who needs a finished GTM motion to execute against β you want to operate, not architect.
- Someone who treats partnerships as a relationship-maintenance function rather than a revenue driver.
- Looking for a role where you hand off execution once the deal is signed. Here you own it end to end.
- Small, elite team with startup and AI pedigree.
- Early exposure to C-level strategy and direct partnership with the founders.
- First mover in a category that's just starting to take off.
- Real traction with enterprise clients from day one.
