Head of Product (Liquid Staking and Derivatives)

<p>A stealth-mode DeFi project, backed by top-tier venture capitalists, is seeking an experienced Head of Product. This role is pivotal in shaping the long-term vision and strategy for the liquid staking and derivatives platform.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Set and articulate the long-term vision and strategic direction of the product.</li> <li>Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and impact.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to carry out product development and enhancements.</li> <li>Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape.</li> <li>Ensure alignment of product features with company goals and customer requirements.</li> <li>Lead the product team through all phases of product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.</li> <li>Communicate product strategy and updates to stakeholders and investors effectively.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Proven experience as Head of Product or similar role in a successful crypto project.</li> <li>Strong understanding of DeFi, liquid staking, and financial derivatives.</li> <li>Excellent leadership and team management skills. Preferrably 3 years recent management experience at a top performing protocol, yield, funds platform.</li> <li>Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.</li> <li>Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.</li> </ul>
