About us
The Head of Programme Delivery plays a critical role in ensuring consistent, high-quality, and predictable delivery across all client programmes.
The purpose of this role is to lead the end-to-end execution of all programmes and major delivery initiatives, ensuring that delivery is controlled, governed, and aligned to client and commercial expectations.
This role is accountable for:
On-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery across all programmes
Driving delivery consistency and standards across the organisation
Ensuring clear accountability across the delivery lifecycle
Managing delivery risk, escalation, and performance
Operating within the new model:
Planning owns estimation, demand and resourcing
Programme Delivery owns execution and outcomes

Key skills and experience:
· Proven leadership of programme delivery, transformation delivery, or PMO delivery functions
· Strong experience managing / overseeing multiple large-scale complex programmes in a client-facing environment
· Demonstrated success in on time, on budget execution, improving delivery predictability, governance, and execution discipline
· Strong experience in risk management, escalation handling, and delivery recovery
· Excellent stakeholder management across clients, executives, and internal teams
· Ability to lead teams through change and transformation
· Strong commercial awareness, including delivery costs, margins and contractual outcomes
