HEAD OF SERVICES (SAAS / TECH / SOFTWARE START-UPS)

LOCATION: GREATER LONDON (HYBRID POSITION) EXCEPTIONAL SALARY AND OTE

 

Established in 2022, VeUP stands out as a ground-breaking Tech partner, and Venture Capitalist. With a footprint in London, Monaco, and the USA, our focus lies in assisting hyper-growth SaaS and ISV companies. Our support spans go-to-market aid, technological advancement, and investment support through our investment fund, Quadri. This includes offering avenues for direct investment, banking amenities, and connections with investors from post-seed up to late-stage.

 

VeUP's offerings set it apart from typical cloud partner consulting agencies. We take pride in the growth and support we've provided to various SaaS clients this year, and the potential for sealing substantial deals remains consistent. To foster this momentum, we're on the lookout for a dedicated Head of Services.

 

The Head of Services will directly report to the Chief of Staff and spearhead a diverse team focusing on customer service delivery. This encompasses overseeing Solutions Architects, Cloud Enhancement Professionals, and Go-to-Market Experts, along with close collaboration with the sales and marketing departments. Key duties include:

 

Strategic Evolution: Craft and execute blueprints to boost the resale business, ensuring profitability and sales milestones are met.

Alliance Management: Build and nurture ties with our cloud representatives to maximise available resources.

Sales & Promotion: Team up with marketing to devise targeted campaigns and collaborate with sales to pinpoint opportunities.

Service Excellence: Uphold top-tier service, support, and post-sale assistance ensuring client contentment.

Team Empowerment: Lead and coach the reseller services unit, endorsing a culture of prowess and continuous enhancement.

Product Oversight: Stay abreast of the latest partner/reseller offerings to tailor our product suite.

Operational Streamlining: Introduce mechanisms for smooth operations, precise reporting, and efficient workflows.

Fiscal Oversight: Supervise financial aspects like budgeting, projections, and business reports.

Regulatory Adherence & Training: Guarantee alignment with our cloud partner protocols and conduct team training sessions.

Market Insight: Stay updated on market shifts, rival strategies, and client requisites.

 

You are educated to degree calibre in Business, IT, or similar is essential. Experience in a comparable leadership capacity, especially in a cloud/SaaS service reselling or services consultant, is crucial. A deep understanding of cloud offerings will be advantageous, coupled with stellar leadership, communication skills, and a knack for strategic planning. Already certified or working towards ITIL accreditation would be a distinct advantage.

 

This position offers a unique chance for seasoned or budding Heads of Consulting, Practice, or Services to integrate into a rapidly expanding tech partner and investment enterprise. The role promises direct involvement in enhancing practice abilities, services, and revenue streams. An attractive salary is complemented by a generous benefits package. The position is hybrid, necessitating a minimum of three days a week in central London and occasional international trips (Europe and USA).
