About the role
We are looking for a highly strategic and hands-on Head of Funding & Strategy to drive our capital strategy and support the company’s rapid growth. This role will play a critical part in securing funding, shaping our long-term vision, and working closely with the founders to scale the business sustainably.
Responsabilities:
- Build and manage relationships with VCs, angel investors, and strategic partners.
- Partner directly with founders to define and refine the company’s strategic roadmap and growth priorities.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and runway scenarios to support decision-making.
- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, partnerships, and potential market expansions.
- Support key business decisions with data-driven insights and strategic analysis.
- Prepare materials for board meetings and investor updates.
- Monitor startup ecosystem trends, competitor activity, and funding landscape.
- Help establish and scale internal processes related to financial planning and strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 6–10+ years of experience in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, consulting, or startup strategy roles.
- Advanced English Level
