<p>We are seeking a highly strategic and commercially driven <strong>Head of Turnkey Platform</strong> to lead a core business unit responsible for all-in-one <em class="Highlight ht925548b7-74ac-4d0a-866b-e4d8923cf6b2">iGaming</em> platform solution to B2B operators. This role combines full business ownership, product leadership, and operational excellence, ensuring our turnkey offering delivers a best-in-class, competitive advantage to our partners. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in the <em class="Highlight ht925548b7-74ac-4d0a-866b-e4d8923cf6b2">iGaming</em> ecosystem, a strong commercial mindset, and a holistic understanding of both player behavior and operator needs.</p>

<li>Own the P&L of the Turnkey Business Unit, driving aggressive yet sustainable revenue growth and margin profitability.</li>
<li>Define and execute a clear, competitive strategic vision for the turnkey offering, translating market insights into actionable business goals.</li>
<li>Measure success through clear KPIs focused on operator retention, product performance, and business unit profitability.</li>
</ul>

<li>Validate product innovation and ecosystem components (PAM, Payments, CRM) to ensure they deliver actual competitive advantage to our B2B partners.</li>
<li>Simplify the complex turnkey product roadmap, prioritizing features that directly improve player acquisition, retention, and monetization.</li>
<li>Align content providers and third-party integrations (excluding games) to optimize operator P&L drivers and user experience.</li>
</ul>
<p data-path-to-node="17"><strong data-path-to-node="17" data-index-in-node="0">Delivery & Execution</strong></p>

<li>Scale efficient and stable operational processes across the entire turnkey platform architecture to support massive high-load traffic.</li>
<li>Launch competitive Front-end, Apps, and CMS tools that enhance end-user engagement and operator conversion funnels.</li>
<li>Optimize payments orchestration and KYC/compliance tool integrations to reduce friction and improve operator economics.</li>
</ul>
<p data-path-to-node="19"><strong data-path-to-node="19" data-index-in-node="0">People & Leadership</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-path-to-node="20,0,0">Build and mentor a robust multi-functional leadership team across Product Management, Operations, Partnerships, Payments, and Risk/Antifraud.</li>
<li>Unblock cross-functional dependencies between IT, Marketing, Sales, and other GR8 business units to maximize turnkey platform value.</li>
<li>Partner with the Sales team on high-level commercial negotiations, ensuring third-party agreements and operator deals contribute positively to the unit’s P&L.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Must-have</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A successful track record in a senior <em class="Highlight ht925548b7-74ac-4d0a-866b-e4d8923cf6b2">iGaming</em> leadership role with explicit P&L ownership of a B2B platform solution (5+ years).</li>
<li>Experience managing large, complex, cross-functional teams (100+ employees).</li>
<li>Deep technical and product knowledge across the entire <em class="Highlight ht925548b7-74ac-4d0a-866b-e4d8923cf6b2">iGaming</em> platform stack (PAM, CRM, Payments, Bonus engines).</li>
<li>Strong data-driven decision-making ability with a comprehensive understanding of player segmentation and operator operations.</li>
<li>The rare ability to switch between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution.</li>
<li>Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.</li>
<li>Strong negotiation and partnership management capabilities.</li>
<li>Ability for business trips to Cyprus.</li>
</ul>
