Head of Visual Merchandising

<h6><span lang="en-GB">The <strong>Head of VM&nbsp;</strong>is responsible for developing and driving the global visual merchandising strategy, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand experience across all regions and store formats. the Head of VM manages a team of regional VM Managers, and collaborates closely with key cross-functional partners (Styling, Merchandising, Allocation, Retail Managers, and Retail Operations). This role requires an exceptional blend of creativity, commercial acumen, and operational expertise, with a strong understanding of menswear and global retail dynamics.</span></h6> <h5><strong><span lang="en-GB">What you will do:&nbsp;</span></strong></h5> <ul type="disc"> <li><span lang="en-GB">Define and lead the&nbsp;global VM strategy, ensuring alignment with brand identity, seasonal trend, regional needs and commercial objectives.</span></li> <li><span lang="en-GB">Partner with the Creative, Allocation and Merchandising teams to constantly evolve VM strategies and in store execution</span></li> <li><span lang="en-GB">Partner with Store development on new store designs</span></li> <li><span lang="en-GB">Lead, inspire, and develop a&nbsp;high-performing global VM team, including Regional VM Managers and their teams (EMEA, USA, APAC).</span></li> <li><span lang="en-GB">Provide strategic direction, coaching, and performance management to ensure continuous growth and excellence.</span></li> <li><span lang="en-GB">Oversee global&nbsp;VM training initiatives, ensuring consistency in execution and the upskilling of both regional teams and store VM ambassadors.</span></li> </ul> <h5><strong><span lang="en-US">Who you are: </span></strong></h5> <ul type="disc"> <li><span lang="en-GB">10+ years of experience in VM with international exposure.</span></li> <li><span lang="en-GB">Experienced with retail business with 100+ stores globally, with high sales volume</span></li> <li><span lang="en-GB">Excellent knowledge of menswear styling, fits, and fabrications.</span></li> <li><span lang="en-GB">Proven record of managing international teams 15+ people</span></li> <li><span lang="en-GB">Ability to travel frequently,&nbsp;</span><span lang="aa">The role requires frequent travel across regions (EU, US, APAC).
