<p><strong>Key duties…</strong></p>

<li>Answer high-volume phone lines and calls for restaurant, roof and cinema reservations, general inquiries, and deliveries, messages for members and from employees; among other inquiries. </li>
<li>Well-versed on standard Q&A regarding menus, hours of operation and amenity availability/pricing. </li>
<li>Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work environment, reception area, desk and coat check closet. </li>
<li>Support, redirect and problem solve in real-time to ensure any guest related concerns are addressed and action items have been set. </li>

<li>Build relationships with members and guests and communicate and red flags and positive feedback to management. </li>
<li>Train and onboard new reception team members, and conduct regular refresher sessions </li>
<li>Monitor reception systems, bookings, membership database, and ensure data accuracy and compliance </li>

<p><strong>What we are looking for...</strong></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">A successful Head Receptionist for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience in luxury hospitality or private members clubs</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li>2–4 years in a receptionist or front-of-house role within a premium hospitality environment </li>
<li>Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred </li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficient in reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Open Table, or equivalent)</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Calm under pressure and adept at resolving issues with a guest-first mindset</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li>
