About the Role
This role suits an experienced nurse who can hit the ground running and play a key role in supporting clinical standards and team workflow in a busy practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care and clinical support
- Coordinate daily operations, including rostering and team allocation
- Support veterinarians across surgeries and clinical procedures
- Work closely with veterinarians and support teams to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Manage stock and ensure accurate handling of restricted drugs with the support of the Clinical Development Lead
- Drive team performance, development and a positive client experience
About You
- Diploma in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent).
- 3+ year’s experience as a Veterinary Nurse.
- Confidence in surgical nursing, anaesthetics, and patient care.
- Confident communicator with excellent client-care skills
- Well organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities
- A positive, team-focused attitude with a passion for delivering high standards of care
