Health and Safety Trainer (4-Day Week)
£30,000 – £37,500 | Monday–Thursday | Field-Based

We’re offering a rare opportunity to become an Industrial Trainer—delivering high-impact, hands-on training that equips people with the skills and confidence to work safely in high-risk environments. What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll deliver engaging, practical and theory-based training across a range of critical safety disciplines, including:
- Confined Spaces (including accredited programmes)
- Respiratory Protective Equipment (RPE)
- Gas Detection
- First Aid
- Fire Safety
- Manual Handling
- Working at Heights
- CCNSG Safety Passport
Training is delivered both at dedicated facilities and on client sites across the region—meaning no two days are the same.
You’ll also:
- Conduct assessments and ensure learners meet required standards
- Adapt training styles to suit different audiences and experience levels
- Manage training documentation (digital and paper-based)
- Work closely with a supportive coordination team to ensure smooth delivery

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
You might already be an experienced trainer, or someone with hands-on industry experience ready to take the next step.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- A teaching/training qualification (e.g. Level 3 Award in Education & Training)
- TQUK Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement
- Experience in confined spaces or industrial safety environments
- NEBOSH General Certificate (advantageous)
But don’t worry if you don’t tick every box:
