Health Insurance Associate

The Job

We’re currently looking to recruit Associates within the Healthcare Sales and Underwriting team.

 

The role entails providing customer support to existing clients, help grow our customer base, assist in medical underwriting and handle payment processing.  If you’re interested in health insurance and customer care and you would like to work within a dynamic team and a family feel environment then Atlas is ideal for you.

 

Whilst an insurance qualification or experience helps, Atlas provides full on the job training and training sponsorships to work towards getting certified if that is what you’d like.

About You

You must be outgoing and have a positive attitude, an eye for detail and an ability to relate well to people. Excellent communication and listening skills are important and you need to be one who finds teamwork energizing. You must be able to work accurately within tight deadlines and have an interest in medical issues.

 

Job Requirements

• An advanced level of education and an ordinary level in biology and accounting will be considered an asset.
• Experience in an Insurance setting or a health/customer care related discipline
• IT proficiency
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese
