<p><span class="TextRun SCXW158599622 BCX8" data-contrast="none"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW158599622 BCX8">As a local HSE Specialist at Isar Aerospace, you play a central role in ensuring our workplace remains safe, healthy, and compliant. You will actively implement HSE policies, engage teams in safety initiatives, and drive continuous improvement to support our operational excellence and sustainability goals.</span></span><span class="EOP Selected SCXW158599622 BCX8" data-ccp-props="{"134233279":true,"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559740":360}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Lead the implementation and monitoring of compliance with all local HSE regulations, company policies, and industry standards</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Conduct and oversee regular site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Develop, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive HSE training and awareness programs for all staff</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate workplace hazards and environmental risks</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed and promote a proactive safety culture</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233279":true,"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559740":360}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Ensure the maintenance of accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Lead and coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities on site</span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Drive and manage continuous improvement initiatives in safety and environmental performance</span></li>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Qualification Checklist</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Bachelor’s degree or completed apprenticeship in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559740":360}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Proven experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) roles, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or aerospace environments.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559740":360}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559740":360}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Experience conducting risk assessments, site inspections, and incident investigations.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559740":360}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Proficiency in preparing HSE documentation and reports.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335551550":6,"335551620":6,"335559740":360}"> </span></li>
