You’ll be part of the learning, development and health team where you, together with your colleagues, will develop global concepts and ensure their successful implementation in collaboration with local teams. The team is small, collaborative, and diverse in experience, covering a broad range of expertise and working closely together despite different focus areas.

As a team, we collaborate, share knowledge, and support each other to achieve strong results.

 

You’ll play an important role in:

  • developing and maintaining our Workout at Work ambition incorporating exercise in the workday for both office and frontline colleagues.
  • providing expert advice on health-related topics, including offshore access medical and fitness requirements
  • collaborating with external stakeholder such as G+ (Global offshore wind health and safety organisation) and research institutions
  • collaborating with stakeholders across functions and geographies to support implementation
  • driving continuous improvement of health initiatives and processes

 

To succeed in the role, you: 

  • bring solid experience within physical health, ideally in complex or global organisations
  • have strong stakeholder management skills and can work across multiple interfaces
  • are able to work independently and navigate complex topics with confidence
  • have experience with developing frameworks, concepts, or standards
  • communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • are curious, proactive, and motivated to create impact through your work

Position salary range:
For this position, the expected base pay range is kr52,480.00- kr78,720.00 for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
