<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What:</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> Hiring a new team member with a background in project coordination and account management to support our healthcare customers. As a member of our Customer Services team, you will provide advisory services and project coordination for health organizations—large health systems, private practices, labs, community-based organizations, public health departments, and others—to maintain positive working relationships and ensure satisfaction with HealtheConnections’ services. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"201341983":0,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335559685":0,"335559737":0,"335559738":0,"335559739":160,"335559740":279}"> </span></p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Why: </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">We serve more than 1,500 health-related organizations in NYS who need our support on a regular basis. You will work with these organizations to understand their needs, support training and service rollout, and develop ongoing relationships as a trusted partner. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
<p><span data-contrast="auto">You’ll facilitate project completion, anticipate their challenges and offer advice, support team outreach efforts, deliver training sessions or presentations, and ultimately drive results both for them and for HealtheConnections.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<p><span data-contrast="auto">$70,000-$85,000 is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and seniority.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>
