You will help evaluate candidates, understand their motivations, communicate opportunities clearly, and support them through the hiring process.</p> <p class="p2">You will also act as a recruitment consultant to clients by helping clarify role requirements, identify market challenges, and provide practical hiring feedback.</p> <p class="p2">This is not a resume-forwarding role. We are looking for someone who can think critically, communicate professionally, and influence hiring outcomes.</p> <h3><span class="s1"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li>Recruit for U.S.-based healthcare roles, including clinical, leadership, and operations positions</li> <li>Review and assess candidate applications with the support of AI-enabled tools</li> <li>Conduct candidate screening and qualification calls</li> <li>Understand candidate motivation, compensation expectations, career goals, and potential fit</li> <li>Present opportunities clearly and professionally to candidates</li> <li>Coordinate interviews and support candidates throughout the hiring process</li> <li>Communicate with clients regarding candidate fit, role requirements, and hiring feedback</li> <li>Provide market insights based on candidate conversations and recruitment activity</li> <li>Maintain accurate candidate and client communication in the ATS/CRM</li> <li>Use AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency, organization, and communication quality</li> </ul> <h3><span class="s1"><strong>Requirements</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li>2+ years of recruitment experience</li> <li>Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken</li> <li>Experience recruiting for U.S. clients or international markets preferred</li> <li>Healthcare recruitment experience strongly preferred</li> <li>Comfortable speaking with candidates and clients professionally</li> <li>Strong judgment when evaluating candidate fit beyond the resume</li> <li>Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple active roles</li> <li>Comfortable using recruitment systems, ATS platforms, and AI-supported tools</li> </ul> <h3><span class="s1"><strong>Nice to Have</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li>Experience recruiting physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, or healthcare management professionals</li> <li>Experience in agency recruitment</li> <li>Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms</li> <li>Experience supporting direct hire, contract, or project-based recruitment</li> </ul> <h3><span class="s1"><strong>What We Offer</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li>Remote work, ideally from within Manila NCR</li> <li>Opportunity to work with U.S. healthcare clients</li> <li>Modern recruitment environment using AI-supported tools</li> <li>Exposure to specialized healthcare roles and high-value searches</li> <li>Competitive Pay with excellent per-placement commissions</li> <li>Growth opportunity within a fast-moving recruitment agency</li> </ul> <h3><span class="s1"><strong>About FIND Healthcareers</strong></span></h3> <p class="p2">FIND Healthcareers is a modern healthcare recruitment agency built for the changing hiring market.
