As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it meets community standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content in Hebrew to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Accurately classify and assess content based on established moderation policies.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content to the relevant teams.
• Provide insights and feedback on content trends to improve moderation strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance content moderation processes and uphold quality standards.
• Stay updated on company policies and best practices related to content moderation and community engagement.

Requirements

• Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent application of moderation guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey moderation decisions.
• Ability to manage sensitive content professionally and with discretion.
• Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is beneficial.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment.
