The hire will be responsible for providing and supporting IT equipment and services to all employees in the TLV office. This opportunity presents the chance to practice modern IT Ops processes and technologies in a controlled financial services environment.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide on-site IT support at our TLV and remote support for Pagaya TLV employees</li> <li>troubleshooting platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, MDM, and other tools.</li> <li>Create and update IT documentation, including technical guides and user-facing materials.</li> <li>Act as an advocate for end-users, proactively identifying and resolving IT bottlenecks to enhance productivity.</li> <li>Manage IT assets (ITAM), including desk setups, printer maintenance, and AV equipment to ensure seamless Town Hall and company events.</li> <li>Support and maintain Zoom Rooms, ensuring optimal video conferencing performance.</li> <li>Assist with user lifecycle management, provisioning/deprovisioning accounts, and managing role-based access controls.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>2+ years of IT experience in an enterprise environment.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf, Intune and various SaaS tools.</li> <li>Experience managing SSO (Single Sign-On) solutions, including SAML authentication over Okta infrastructure.</li> <li>Highly organized with experience in Jira ticket tracking, IT asset management, desk setups, and printer maintenance.</li> <li>Familiarity with networking principles (WiFi, VPN, VLANs, firewalls, DNS, DHCP).</li> <li>Experience supporting Zoom Rooms, AV hardware, and company-wide IT events.</li> <li>Strong execution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.</li> <li>Understanding of User Lifecycle Management (ULM) and managing role-based access.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Our Team</strong></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pagaya was founded in 2016 by seasoned research, finance, and technology entrepreneurs, and we are now 500+ strong in New York, Los Angeles, and Tel Aviv.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We move fast and smart, identifying new opportunities and building end-to-end solutions from AI models and unique data sources.
